Beth Heydenrych is the Sole Proprietor of Beth Heydenrych Town Planning Consultant which was established in February 2014 and provides a variety of Town Planning Services to developers and individuals, including : 

•        The submission of Township establishment, Rezoning, Consent use, Sectional Title applications, Subdivision and consolidation applications;

 •       Representing clients at Hearings and as an expert witness.

•        Investigations into the development potential of land, including due diligence reports.

•         Liaison with other professionals to ensure that that the development process runs smoothly.

 •        Liaison with Municipal and Provincial officials to manage the approval process and ensure compliance with ever changing procedures.
